Zoe and piwell
This interesting couple brings us many things together in one package. Models are not looking nice at all since they are quite old. I have nice plans on using other minis and some convertion on piwell. Utahu will be my choice. i havent decided on piwell yet.
here is the old mini. after we will start speaking on their stats and abilities.
You have to pay 47 points for this couple. normally hackers cost 0.5 swc . However when you take them together, you are not paying this usual cost. this is nice!
lets start with Zoe.
move 4-4 , cc 11 , bs 11 , ph 10 , wip 15 , arm 1 , bts 0
zoe is actually a clockmaker without bts. she is an excellent engineer with wip 15. But. also a hacker too. this makes her really special. give her 1-2 zondbots and she can revive the rems you field. more over she buffs them too.
with one mini, you can handle 2 things at once. she has dcharge which is normal, and has a combi to defend herself. i would wish she has also some bts.
she has special "stop" program. so she can stop the tags-rems-HI group like an assaault hacker. strong and reliable program.
and there is the most important thing making zoe special is taking zoe is the only way to field piwell.
lets come to main topic. Piwell.
move 6-4 , cc 8 , bs 11 , ph 10 , wip 13, arm 0 , bts 3
piwell is simply a stempler zond with s2 siluette but with ODD instead! this odd thing is really huge and game changer on such a unit.
piwell is a forward observer, so it can use flash pulse attack. it has combi weapon too.
with odd in cover, she can mark the enemies, flash pulse them etc.
but one more thing makes him more special. she is a REM and she has repeater too. any time in the game, you can buff her with a hacker. markmanship level 2 and e.reaction. so she can suddenly be an aro threat 2 burst flash pulse in cover with odd, giving opponent -9 modifier.
meanwhile, she can attack with combi in range with b14 3 burst, who doesnt care cover and kills with shock.
satlock and sensor also rocks. sensor is incredible on an odd unit. why dont you try a triangulated fire with her ?
she is totally an utility piece and one of the most unique and strong units in the game.
i advice you to take this couple oftenly, especially if you oftenly use a rem based army.
