Before the tournament and the new missions
Bakunin time.
Well, istanbul tournament in pegasus game center is on the way. and i started preparing my army lists.
games will be 300 points games including 12xp specops.
here are the missions.
Looting and sabotage
Power pack
Capture and protect
and if we can find time, highly classified.
These are the new missions coming with treason season 9.
Capture and Protect
I will need to take that enemy beacon in opponents' deployment zone. There will be tons of enemies to cover it. This mission doesnt need any specialists at all. I need things to reach that place easily. Bran da castro, zeroes and prowlers can be the first candidates. Meteor zond can arrive lately.
There is no hvt around. But we have still one classified objective. This part is crucial. if you can make your mission and can protect your beacon well, you can win the game with this 1 point.
However there is that precious 2 points which only data trackers can only bring you. you select one unit as a data tracker. He cant get in camo. and if only that unit bring you the beacon, brings you also 2 extra points.
I may need to arrange a special list for that mission. Koalas, minelayers seems must have.
Power Pack
This mission has weird deployment zones. i wish i had kanrens in my army because forward deployment level 2 units can deploy anywhere in your deployment zone.
İdea is to reach to opponent side and control the opponents' console. it is not easy task. if you have a data tracker you can get max 5 points.
more easier thing is to push buttons of the antennas in the mid table. there are three antenas. if you do the classifed as well, you can gain 5 points on total.
there is a saturation zone there. it will effect the mid table struggle.
My strategy will be to push the buttons quickly and to control mid table. last turn, i will push forward for the console.
I will need many infiltrator specialists and i will have many from them.
Looting and sabotage
Ok. you have to reach a structure in opponents' side and destroy it while protecting yours.
You can gain loot some extra weapons from panoplies. weapons in better hands are better. so i will need prowlers for this mission.
i can gain 1 point from panoplies and also 1 from a classified objective.
dcharge can be effective against arm8 bts 9 structure. i wish i had k1 weapons for early victory. anyways i can mark that structure for my vertigo zond.
My prowler can bring dcharges too.
i need a data tracker with powerful weapons.
specops 12xp
Moderators bring bts 3, shock immunity. These goes well with nowound inc.
i can make a hacker, take a chain of command skill which normally we dont have in bakunin side.
i can take an infiltrator but stats are so low to make her a data tracker.
moderator vortex has very low stats, will decide on something useful.

A killer list with war bands,vertigo zond. Minelayer+koalas defence. Prowler with dcharges. All zeroes are mission makers. meteor zond and stempler for repeater coverage + sensors.
i have a classy hacker which is out ofsight. strong link for defence.
Clockmaker can heal with zond the lunokhold, chimera and vertigo zond.
warbands are strong. morlocks can cover chimera.
i believe this list is worth trying.
