Reverend Moira and core team odd madness
Ladies and gentleman. Here is one of the most dangerous links of the infinity game.
Reverend Moiras.
They are really beauty. female reverends with weapons.
Bakunin sectorial allows us to gather 5 reverend moiras to establish a powerful, killer link. if you like, you can add Kusanagi and a reverend healer inside of the link which gives you chance to kill and make missions at the same time.
Lets check the stats firstly.
move 4-2 , cc 16 , bs 12 , ph 12, wip 13, arm 3, bts 0 , 1 w troopers.
these are slow MI infantries with reasonable stats.
what makes them special is the odd that they carry with. odd gives opponent troops -6 modifier. they have multiterrain which is important for a slow unit. religious makes them never leave the war fields.
lets make a calculation. bs 12 + 3(link) +3(range) , hmg and sniper variants can really attack deadly. bs 18 with 5 bursts hmg, bs 18 with 3 burst multi sniper attacks can kill anything.
if you start this fight in cover, for most of the troops that doeasnt have msv, you can apply a -9 modifier.
However, there are even more deadlier combinations for reverend moira core link ,when they include reverend healer boarding shotgun and Kusanagi.
Kusanagi has more shorter range weapon. spitfire. but this lady has bs 14. in the right spitfire range, she can attack with bs 20 ! if even the opponent has cover, odd what ever, this attack means almost sure dead. Kusanagi has odd too. so your opponent will be in real trouble.
Reverend healer doesnt have odd but has mimetism still. in shotgun range, she can attack with bs21 with 3 bursts and if in cover she will bring -6 modifier for her foe. God Bless our reverends.
Reverends bring lots of weapon choices.
standart combi, multi rifle, emitter, light e/m grenade luncher, hmg, multi sniper, pistols and a hacker option as well.
assault hacker is noticeable. you can use an assault hacker to spotlight the opponent and use e/m grenades kusanagi offers and e/m grenades that a reverend moira is launching.
there are many good ideas to make a 5man core link. here are some of my ideas.

almost by spending 150 points, you have the most beautiful and hard to defend against link.
As much as you see and evaluate the options, you will find more things for yourself.
for instance : emitter. in aro, this is killer for tags, rems and HI kinds. e/mitter is very deadly on odd troopers.
put a combi variant in cover and enjoy the defence.
Imagine a standart tag like iguana striking with 4 burst hmg attack in his good range. bs 14+3 -9 makes bs 8. that strong iguana can only attack with bs 8. in even her poor range, a combi reverend will defend with bs12 -3 , which makes 2 burst bs 9. What can an iguana can do against this link, if he sees several variants at one time. would the opponent risk his iguana ?
there are things that you must fear still. Reverends can die in hands of mines. Do not get close too much against template weapons. These babies are very beautiful. dont loose them easily.
As a solo piece even, they are brutal. take a single sniper and see how she is effective in cover. take a hmg variant alone and kill things. reverends are really lovely.
odd sniper is very cool and effective aro piece. You spend 34 points and 1.5 swc., and you have 6 arm ( in cover ) odd wielding unit in cover that gives -9 mod to opponents.
